Learn How To Make #AndhraChilliChicken / #ఆంధ్రచిల్లిచికెన్With Chef Samatha Only On Variety Vantalu.<br /><br />Andhra Chilli Chicken would be a great addition to a party menu as a starter/ appetizer or even a side dish to rice varieties like pulao or biriyani and even as a side dish with rasam rice.<br /><br />Ingredients:<br />500 grams of Boneless chicken <br />8 -10 fresh green chilies - preferably little longer and thick ones<br />2 tsp Red Chilli Powder<br />1/2 tsp Coriander Powder<br />1 tsp Garam Masala<br />2 tsp ginger garlic paste<br />2 tbsp Curd<br />1 tsp Turmeric Powder<br />1 tbsp cornflour<br />Salt to taste<br />4 tbsp oil<br />Curry Leaves<br /><br />Method:<br />1. Wash and pat dry the green chilies. Make a deep slit on it or cut into halves lengthwise and fry in the pan then add curry leaves, let fry it for some time. <br />2. In a bowl take the chicken, add salt, ginger garlic paste, garam masala, coriander powder, red chili powder, and curd. Mix well and leave it to marinate for 1/2 hour.<br />3. Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and fry it till it turns golden, add the chilies and fry it well for a minute or two.<br />4. Mix in marinated chicken, stir well for 2-3 minutes, cover it and cook for 5-6 minutes.<br />5. Add corn flour to the chicken and mix it.<br />6. Cook for further 2 minutes, take off the heat.<br />7. Serve hot with plain rice or any fried rice of your choice.<br /><br />Andhra Chicken Chilli is ready to eat!!!<br />
